1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@doopixel.com within the 14-day period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components included

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns are not accepted for:

• Assembled or used products

• Customized or personalized items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@doopixel.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

3. A return address will be provided after your request is approved, based on your location

4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us

⚠️ Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement item at no additional cost

• A partial or full refund

• Reshipment of missing parts

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped

• Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above
